Good morning darlings so glad you stopped by. Today's beauty bit is all those eyelids. Do you wear falsies? Would you like to know how easy it is to brighten those already gorgeous eyes you have? Do you struggle with hooded, small or wrinkle eyelids? Well, it doesn't matter if you do or don't my basic technique will inspire you to grab a set of bat wings and spice your lookup. Tip: You do not have to wear makeup to look amazing when wearing eye weave and today I will be sharing with you how I add false eyelashes to my wrinkled eyelids. Yikes!
Before becoming a hairstylist, I would watch my friends put on eyelashes quicker than quick draw McGraw. No matter how many times I tried, I could never master the correct way to apply them. After attending beauty school, I learned how quickly it was to put them on without any guidance. The application was so easy and straightforward.
Surprising I never wore them a lot in my younger days, but I loved putting them on my clients. If I did wear them, it would be on Sunday for church or a special occasion such as a wedding.

Now I am older, and I love to spice up my look with minimal makeup and false lashes as my statement look.
As of late, I have noticed my eyelids are becoming hooded with slight wrinkles around my upper eyes.
Oh boy, it is happening, and it called aging with life. I decided to share my little secret with you guys because I know I am not alone and eventually it will happen to someone we all know. By talking about this issue, we as women can connect with one another by understanding its ok.

Am I sad about having wrinkles, absolutely NOT! I am now taking the techniques I've learned and have thrown myself an eyelash party. I have no plans of trying to turn back the clock of time, I only want to look my best as I age gracefully. Having wrinkles can look fabulous. That's my story, and I am sticking to it. :)

Moving forward here is the easiest way to apply your bat wings. :) (no pun intended)

My Top Eyelash tips

Get The Basics Down: Know your style and be comfortable with that. Do you like a minimalist look or a Betty Boop looking eyelash. To me, this is the most critical part in selecting lashes. Once you decide on your personal look, the choice will be golden. I prefer a dark looking lash with flare, also allow me to add it may not be subtle for everyday teacher wear.
Keep in mind your styles and choices are endless, each set comes in small, flare, medium, broad, and beyond. Tip: New beginners usually start with the tiniest lashes. It gives a natural look and effect for everyday wear.

Practice With The Inexpensive Ones: I can't count how many lashes I've destroyed when I first learned how to apply. I watched a lot of the younger women wear the fancy ones, and I knew I could do it. That was a big surprise. I added to much glue or not enough trimmed a lot off the ends. It was crazy for no reason. Tip: Know your eye size, mine are small, so therefore I may have to trim all my lashes a just little bit. That only happens when I buy the glamorous style falsies.

The Magic Is In The Look And The Feel: Not only does wearing eye extensions make you look good, but it also makes me feel pretty good. Side Note; Lashes don't make the woman, the woman makes the lashes look good. When wearing the right size and the right way lashes only enhance what a woman already has, which is natural beauty.

How To apply quickly no skills necessary:
Trim your ends if needed, apply a thin layer of glue to the false lash line. Gently blow on it. Place in center of the eye and gently press. I promise you it is painless. Tip: You can use your fingers or tweezers for a steady hold. It only takes two minutes to apply, dry and done.

The end results are surprising, and you can see the difference immediately.  If you look closely at my picture, you can see how they make my wrinkled eyes look flattering. And I am cool with that.

In conclusion: Other benefits that come from dressing up your eyes. Like I said before less make-up. When I am in a rush, I will only wear my eyelashes and lip gloss. Because it gives me a natural looking yet pulled together look. I know some people may feel I do not need to hide my wrinkles or hooded eyes. But I disagree because I think a woman should do what makes her feel beautiful no matter what that may be. You can use this method on alopecia patients or anyone who has thin eye hairs. You do need to wear mascara, and they are easy to clean and reuse. If you want me to show you my method, let me know below, and I will have that for you asap. At one point in my career, I would add free lashes to any woman eyes who got their hair done by me. Just so I could show them how that little change could amp up their style. Just because a woman or manages doesn't mean they do not want to look and feel good.
Side Note: Our looks changes on a daily bases. So it is nice to know we all have choices when it comes to the inner and outer beauty aspects of it all.

At the end of the day I am aging, and I want to do all I can to feel good and fulfilled inside and out.

List Of Items Needed:

Glue- Test Before Use. Try Sensitive  Formulas First
