Making A Prune Salad To POOP!
Who doesn't need a good poop every now and again :}
I do not know about you guys but staying on the healthy eating train is hard.

But I've discovered a few quick and easy recipes that have had me losing inches around the waist and having a nice smooth daily poop. Yes, that does sound gross, but we all have to do it at some point in the day. At least we should, I think. I am not a Dr. (insert disclaimer)
I never paid much attention to my bowels until I started incorporating a few healthy meals a week in my diet. It is no secret I love food but lately, I have been adding fresh fruits, raw cucumbers, and carrots to my everyday snack or meal planning. Also, I keep grapes in a ziplock bag to take with me on the go. Doing these small things have helped me eat more things that are good for my body. And to be honest, I feel a bit healthier.
Recently, I have been playing around with my foods. I wanted to try something different other than making a dull smoothie or salad.

I ran out of ideas, so I started to do the boring salad thing. No joke salads are dumb and annoying. To be honest I wanted to try something new and original.
Over the last few months, I have also added raw raisins and prunes to my list of things to eat on the daily.
I am almost embarrassed to say I have fallen in love with eating prunes not to mention my tummy has been thanking me nearly every morning. The reason being is I wasn't paying much attention I wasn't using the restroom much. Seriously sometimes I could go days and not poop at all. Since I am older, I am being self-conscious of the things happening to and around my body.
On days when I want a salad I toss the lettuce and go ham on all the other yummy things, and it tastes just as good.

  1. I love different varieties of salads. I must try that one. I've added beets, nuts, spinach, cranberries, apples, whatever in the fridge. You can never go wrong with a good vinegarett salad dressing.
