This Is What I Eat Twice A Week To Poop, Fart, And Release Bloating: Video Included

Let's talk about poop, farts, and bloating. Yes, I need to do all those three things to keep my digestive system churning. But to be honest, the older I become, I am not having a functional bowel passing at all. I know most people will think it's because of bad eating habits.

You know those terrible eating ways most people can have when they work all day, so grabbing fast food is a practical way of life. Yep, that's me sometimes, ok most of the time. So, twice a week, I've done a few new things that have been helping me have bowels move smoother than butter. Yes, I know that sounds pretty gross, but honey, it feels good to my body. And I want to share a few easy things I do at least two days per week or bi-weekly.

Since I've gotten older, my body has done a whole 360 on me. In other words, I am having to take the time out to eat foods that are high in fiber so my body can keep functioning naturally and well. 

To be honest, I am a real southern country gal, and I do not always eat the things that I am supposed to eat to maintain good health. But as I am approaching my 50's, I also know I need to make better choices for myself even if it's a few times a week. 

Over the last few years, I have been incorporating foods into my diet that I find to be healthy and enjoyable without giving up all my southern eating.

Be prepared to be amazed at what it takes to poop, fart, and release bloating even while I go about my daily activities of work.

First sunrise of the day: I make a smoothie but not just anyone. I add beets, blueberries, avocado, bananas, spinach, yogurt, and almond milk with a splash of water. I also add flaxseed for the extra fiber. Then I have a full 8 0z. glass of water with cucumbers, which is good for releasing toxins. Within the first 30 minutes, I am running to the bathroom for number 1 and 2.

 Sometimes I may have a lot of passings throughout the day. So, I do my natural cleanse on my days off.
For my main breakfast, I will have stone cut oatmeal with honey, a little more fiber grains added, and another full glass of water. Yes, drinking H2o is essential, it works well with the fiber intake, and it helps get those bowels pumping naturally.

When I wasn't to fart, which is good for releasing pressure off the tummy and chest area. I can't stress enough how we all need to pass a little or a lot of gas. Seriously I have been making a lot of changes in my life that have given me great benefits.

I love to eat two boiled eggs and grape tomatoes. Oh yes, those two together will have you tooting and pooting all day. And I must confess it feels incredible.

For bloating, I love to make my favorite prune salad. I mix a bowl of cucumbers, carrots, baby oranges, raisins, and prunes. Also, more water and by the night or early morning, I am up and going again to the bathroom for more great bowel passings.

I know this topic is a bit gross, but I have learned some new tricks that have helped my body, and I want to pass them onto you guys.

Everything I talk about is all about the natural foods that I have incorporated into my regular day to day eating. I am not giving up my southern roots of eating, but I am aware that I am getting older, and I need to take on a better way of eating.  Not eating enough fruits and vegetables is not good for a woman of my age. So, I have found easy ways to add those good things along with a bit of fiber to my daily intake of food.

I am taking charge of my own life to live and eat well. And with that being said, eating foods that are high in fiber will help keep my inside engine nice and clean.
