Weekend Bits And Favorites: My Most Worn Accessories This Week: Mature Style

Image: Woman shopping at thrift store for more jewelry and accessories
I can never figure out what I am doing day to- day. (insert laughter right here). But I will always know what accessories I will be wearing on a weekly bases. Seriously, I am obsessed with mixing old pieces of jewelry with new items I find from any store, or I will make it myself. If I am not creating something from a DIY, I am browsing the local stores, markets, and thrift venues looking for unique pieces of jewelry.

This week I have been able to do a lot of making things, and I was so proud because I rarely have the time anymore. You know work and life stuff gets in the way sometimes. :)
Over two days, I made myself a set of arm candy bracelets. Making bracelets is one of my favorite jewelry pieces to assemble. So, if you want to see how you can make yourself a few pieces of arm candy. Click Here DIY Bracelets

I have also been rocking a few spring and summer colored earrings lately. So, when I saw these yellow pom-poms at the market, I had to grab them, and I am happy I did. I think they compliment my sophisticated style very well. You can also see my trip to the Dallas Market right here!

One of my most worn accessories this week is a pair of shades I purchased from Target, and I think I may be wearing them all spring and summer. They give me Betty Boop vibes, with the big frames that are two-toned with black and a misty hint of brown. On days when I have no make-up on a pair of big bright shades make me look pulled together, and I love it. What are your go-to glasses for those glorious sunny days that will be coming amongst us pretty soon?

Weekend Bits And Favorites: My Most Worn Accessories This Week: Mature Style
Last but not least, I will be attending a 70's party this year. So, I have been on the hunt for those back in the day style earrings. But, ultimately, I couldn't find what I was looking for. So, ya girl decided to make herself come out of a candle holder. Yes, I did do that, and you can see it all right here.

As I am getting older, I am becoming more in tune with the things I want to wear. When I was much younger, I wore a lot of jewelry, but now I want to start wearing more of it just as I did as a teen.
You know my kids think old people pile on all their jewelry. But, I laugh at them because, rather, it is true or not, we only have one life to live, and I plan to live it fully while wearing every piece of jewelry I own. Yep, I am that woman who will be piling on all her colorful store-bought jewelry.

So, there you have it all the things that I added to my mature style at the moment.

I hope you enjoyed your weekend? Tell us what you did? Also, would you wear any of these things listed in today's post?

Until Next Time See Ya In A Bit!
