Rise Up 5 am: My Over 40 Morning Routine + Workout (Less Than 30 Mins A Day)

Hey guys, what can you do every day that will help you live longer in peace, love, and harmony? I am sharing how I wake up and start my day off by 5 am.

My time is so valuable now it is unreal, but over the last few months, I've been taking care of my body, mind, and well-being. No, seriously, instead of sleeping until one hour before work, I opt to get up at 5 am every morning before my family wakes up. I must admit waking up and starting my mornings early has changed the way I look and feel about life.

I have inserted a video of my full routine that I find to be easy and relatable to those of us women who want more out of life than living day today.

I am not an expert at life, but I am always seeking new ways I can live a more fulfilled, vibrant, and ageless one.
I have a daily plan where  I carve about 30 minutes a day to rise up and unwind. It is so easy to wake up just in time for work and not have time to sit up, relax, and breath before starting my journey of being, mom, wife, co-worker, etc.
Honestly, that can become boring and overbearing at times. Now that I am getting older, I want to live longer by taking care of me first. So, getting up early is a good way of taking care of myself before I become the world to everybody else.
Do you have a morning routine?

Having a morning routine helps me start my day off with a great attitude, and I can handle things better when I am not tense and stressed out before going to work or dealing with my family.

In conclusion: Life is already hard at times, but I know it doesn't have to affect my day to day mental state of mind. That is why I choose to wake up and fill my mind with happy thoughts and other things I want to release in the atmosphere.

Until Next Time See Ya In A Bit!
