Morning Babbles 2021: Back At It Again! Happy New Year

Morning Babbles 2021 over cereal
Hey friends, I am so glad you are here. Whew, 2020 was definitely a year I am glad to have behind me. But we are kicking 2021 0ff back off with new morning babbles. Yes, I have been off the net for a

while, and I mean a few months.
I lost three loved ones back to back, and I chose to tap out online. Long story short, I felt no need to be dancing on the internet, making videos and blog posts. Although other people were moving forward. I dealt with my personal loss a little differently.
I took some much needed time to really get me and my life together.
And I am not talking about that self-care cookie-cutter stuff either.
I  started to evaluate my life for real this time.
Back in the day, I used to write down a ton of goals for the year, and I realize somethings I wrote had no purpose for going forward. Yet, I was repeating the same ole' routine that was really going in a circle.
Over the last few months, I have been finding the true meaning of finding joy in life.

A bowl of cereal with bananas: morning babbles
It came from the experiences of 2020 and not understanding everything that was happening with loved ones. I have a new appreciation for living and enjoying life, and it has hit me like a ton of bricks.

So, this year I have no bucket list to cross off or any New Year's Resolutions to check off. Because I decided to start now living in my moment and my truth. I turned 49 in August 2020, and I finally have grasped where I want my life to go.

So, moving forward, I wanted to share with you guys. Joy is not found in clothes and other things such as cars, etc. It is found in the heart of your soul.

I've learned a new way of living life and enjoying those little moments. While I was having a big ole' bowl of cereal with bananas this morning.  I suddenly started crying happy tears because I am finally letting the ones I lost last year truly rest in my heart.

The Start Over: Last year, I was working on a few projects and videos that were set to go live. I stopped them, and I am so happy I did. It was going toward nothing of value for my life. Yes, I said my life, and that is an important statement I just made.

Think about it for a moment. What are you doing to impact others and your own life as well?

Last year took so much from so many people, including myself.

But today, we all have a chance to start over and do something good for ourselves. I am just being honest.

So, forget goals and resolutions; just go wild and do something you have always wanted to do in your personal life.

Do not tell anyone, and do not ask for permission to start over. Just give yourself permission to chase your passion even if you fail. Get back up and join all of us who have failed a million times in life.

Now that I can see things a little clearer now, I was able to work on my dream, and it took a bit of time. But Sunday will be revealed day, and it was not supposed to turn out this way. But the tragedies of life helped me see the direction my vision was to go in.

It took being home and reworking my job and my side hustle. So, Sunday, December 3, 2021, will reveal new things from my personal pain.

Honestly, this took me 30 years to long to catch. But I am a firm believer it is never too late to start over or learn something new.

Blog posts are back, new hairstyle reveals, videos are coming Sunday as well. So chime in tomorrow for more bits that will be coming your way on the blog.

In conclusion: I hope and pray new things are in motion for you and your family. No matter what happens in 2021, make sure you move forward doing something for yourself.

Remember, life is not about handouts but merely about getting up and making things happen in your own life.
And I know the truth hurts, but that has been my biggest lesson learned thus far.

What will you be doing this 2021 that will better (YOU)?

So, here's to Happy New Year for real.

Until Next Time See Ya In A Bit!
