Changing The Narrative To Doing Everyday Life: Morning Commute!

Good morning I thought I would jump on here to share a few morning bits and babbles. You know that stuff we wake up and want to jump start as soon as the thought comes to mind. Well, that is me right now, getting ready to change the narrative to everyday life. And I thought I would share a few bits and pieces over my morning commute. My Life
On my morning commute, I Am Changing The Narrative To Doing Everyday Life!
Good morning I thought I would jump on here to share a few morning bits and babbles. You know that stuff we wake up and want to talk about as soon as the thought comes to mind. Well, that is me right now, getting ready to change the narrative to everyday life in 2020. And I thought I would share a few bits and pieces over my morning commute with you guys.

I can not believe Christmas has come and gone so fast. But, who else is happy it's over? I am for no other reason than to start off with a fresh New Year that is quickly approaching.

And that is what I've been working on at the moment. I usually set goals and intentions for the New Year. But not this time, I am literally changing how I am doing my everyday lifestyle.
No more setting up things. I believe its time to start doing everything that delivers peace, love, and joy. No matter what that may be, no talking just moving and making things happen.

Although we are at the end of the year, it is not too late to start carving out a path that will impact a fulfilled life. All year I've been making notes and jotting down the things I want to start doing that are simple and practical to me being healthy and whole. I have come to realize I need to start putting me first and at the top of my own list. Is that a bad thing, absolutely not? I could go on for months about the things that have tried to knock me off my feet. But why do that when I can change the narrative of it all. This is going to be my new challenge for this upcoming year.
Starting now, I am viewing life the way I want it to happen.

And I know that this moment is something to happy about. :) What is there to love about life?

So here's to looking at the New 2020 Year!

Life:
Keep Adjusting My Health Habits: I am making no promises to give up any of my soul food. But, I have and will continue to eat at least three healthy meals. I find it accessible and more sustainable when I incorporate smaller meals than trying to make a big jump off lousy eating. Let's face it hamburgers, fries and pizza are so much funnier to eat than a salad. But, hey, we are changing things up, and I am glad to be adding more greens and leafy things to my life. Also, I will never give up my daily morning walks or at least while it stays cool outside. So expect to see a lot more of that on and off this platform.

Mix Up My Reads: I will definitely be following more productive and goal-reaching blogs and books. This is not an unattainable task, and I will be adding more books, magazines to my list of good reads this year. I want to feed my mind, body, and soul more positive things that will elevate my mind to go above and beyond my everyday thinking. Since I love magazines, I will definitely be grabbing more cookbooks and decor mags for inspiration.

Do Something I Am Afraid To Do: Seriously this year, I am going to do one far fetch thing that may be scary yet fun. Stay tuned I will keep ya posted and in the real-life know.

Work Harder: I may have been complacent with my work ethics. You know doing the same thing day in and day out. So, as of now, I moving from basic to going harder with my work. I really believe if I want something, now will be the time to go harder than ever. I am getting older; there is no more time left for me asking and waiting for help. It's time to get up and make things go in another direction.

Take-Two Quick Turn Around Vacations: This may sound cheesy, but it is worth noting. Sometimes all I need is a quick getaway from home to hang with my family or simply just do nothing. You can expect me on the road and in the air this year.

I have so much more to share, but somethings must be off-camera. You know people will see your visions and make videos for themselves. Not to mention, do it 24 hours later. :) Ha! But that is just life.

Last but not least.: All jokes aside, January gives a new start to making simple life-changing tasks. I am not focused on resolutions, goal setting, nor being a new me. I want to adjust and narrate the life I already have. My focus is on the moments that bring the happiness I know I deserve, and I will be sharing that with those who cross my path. I am no longer realizing things I have set my mind to know and understand this thing we call life.

Life is what I make of it, and it is that simple.

No matter what the New Year brings, I am getting my self ready to jump in full speed ahead. I've lost a lot of my younger days, and I am not going to sleep on my golden days.

This is how the story starts, but stay tuned for the splendor.

How will you supercharge your 2020? #dotell
