Have A Great Christmas Ya'll Plus A Bit Of Bliss!
Hey, guys, here we are one day before Christmas who else is excited? So, I thought I would slide on over onto the blog and wish you all a happy holiday but with a bit of bliss added.

My family and I are roasting marshmallows and wrapping the last bits of Christmas gifts for our family. Honestly, yall I have been up cooking and cleaning so I can do nothing but relax with my loved ones on Wednesday. Oh, how lovely that would be!

I know Christmas is just another day, but I am finding so many things to be happy about. Since life should be center around peace, love, and joy, I thought it would be nice to share my simple funny snibs on living a life of bliss.  2019 my family and I decided to downsize our list of things and do more throughout the year. It's time to find that middle breaking point to living a full life. So, here are a few things that I want to share that has bought me pure bliss.
I know Christmas is just another day, but I am finding so many things to be happy about. Although things have tried to come my way throughout this year, I have managed to move it to the back burner. Since life should be center around peace, love, and joy, I thought it would be nice to share my simple funny snibs on life.

  • Being around my family dressed up in our crazy pajamas. #creatingmemories
  • I skipped all the store line and shopped online. Except when I went out for our holiday dinner items.
  • Planned a day of relaxing and eating loads of food
  • Last year we broke tradition, and this year we are doing the same thing.

I am thankful to be able to give gifts, but Christmas is so much more than that. Our focus this year, taking it slow and easy with the ones who really matter. Most people only get that one day off, so why not use that time wisely by reflecting on the things that bring joy and pure bliss. I can't wait to see my girls open and enjoy Christmas.

  • I am happy about turning 48 and finding the true meaning of aging gracefully
  • This year my girls have grown wiser, and  I am super excited about that
  • Happy for my husband and his time with our family
  • I am so glad my hubby doesn't mind taking crazy pictures with his wife (me)
  • I am happy for the sales I found this year :) jk
  • I am overjoyed for all the good Lord has done for my family and me
  • Oh and for not being in the long lines at the store with all the last-minute gift buyers

But, I am more excited about my feet being up and tuning out the noise of the world. Yes, no work, no clients, and no getting up early to be in the morning rush traffic. Now you see all those things that may be small, but they bring me simplistic and happiness to my heart.

This list may be small, but there is no better joy than being surrounded by loved ones and sharing happy stories. Those are the memories my husband and I want to make and keep. Yeah, those mundane slow moments and days are what I look forward too.

In conclusion: As we open gifts this year and eat, I hope my family can savor everything about spending time together.

So, with being said, We wish each and every last one you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I thought I had nothing to be happy about until I realized just waking up with a smile is all I need to be
HAPPY!

P.S Find one thing that makes you laugh out loud, grab it, and don't let go. Tis' the season to freedom and living a blissful life by any means necessary!

Until Next Time See Ya In A Bit!

I usually share my Christmas dinner. But, this year we are doing it again, by having a non-traditional dinner centered around a seafood boil

Yes there will be lots of seasoned shrimp
lobster
fried catfish
baby corn on the cob
hash browns
boiled eggs
cucumbers
and Sweet Lucy Tea

This has been our third year of changing traditions, and I am so happy about that. #comeonletseat

What will you all be doing on X-mas day!
