Remember This And That!

Remember This And That! Morning Babbles
Remember This And That!
As of today, I can honestly say life will

be so different on so many levels at the end of 2020. Blah Blah Blah enough said about that.

I know there are at least ten trillion things I would love to forget at this moment. And as time goes by, I will be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. So, today I thought I would share a reminder to remember this and a little of that.

Remember This And That! Morning Babbles
Remember This And That!
Note To Self: Ok, you've cheered for everybody else. Let today be the day you cheer for yourself.

It's ok to cry, but it's ok to look in the mirror and cheer yourself onward. Today is the day to work on (me, myself and I).
Start a new thang and encourage yourself to take full control of life.

Set New Intentions: It's ok to remember 2020 started off a wee-bit rocky but also remember that YOU have complete control to change the outcome. Expect to come out of this isolation doing bigger and better things.

Get Excited: about the new things that can be accomplished this year. Yeah, my plans got knocked to the side. But, I see an opportunity to do something different and re-create other things. I am using my time wisely by volunteering to help other women at shelters. It has kept me busy since I couldn't work at my salon.
I cleared my plate of unnecessary things so I could do something more positive than sitting at home.

Here are the things I want to remember so my 2020 can continue to go higher.

Life comes with ups and downs. But, I am still here, can I get an Amen?
When life is taking detours and bumpy turns, it can become easy to forget about this (the good and funny stuff) and that other stuff that just keeps us sane.

Most people I know have stopped their lives and started helping others who are in need. Remember that this downtime will make us stronger if we allow it too.

I am looking for ways to help other people when this 2020 isolation is over. And I came up with the perfect idea.

I've been able to talk with some family and friends on a daily bases. I am taking hold of our laughs amid everything that is happening.

I want to remember those moments forever. This morning while on a short walk, I saw the trees in my community growing. I can hear the birds chirping, and I finally saw one squirrel on my balcony after two months of not seeing any animals.

I know I will not forget all the flapjacks I've cooked almost every day. Or the prayers with my husband before we leave for the day.

Starting Something New: Last week, I finished a new project that I was working on. And I hit the pause button on things that were not worth my time at all.

Take a deep breath: That may be easier said than done, but now is the time to use up any idle time. I remember when my clients would leave me big tips. So, once I return back to the salon. I will be giving half off the first month of each woman getting her hair done by me.

I am going to do whatever it takes to get people back to work looking good and feeling good about themselves.

Those are the things I want to remember about 2020.

Every day I am thinking of something fun to do with my family to keep our boredom at a medium.
What's happening in life at this moment is out of all our control. So, it is important to find those things that help with remembering a little about this and that.

Soon the world will be back up and running at 100%. But, in the meantime, I will continue to find my own little joys in life.

Honestly, I am excited about the new things that will take place for the people I know and don't know.
I hope by the end of 2020, I can say I remember how everything worked out for everyone.

In conclusion: I think it's good to remember the best about life even while going through. I've learned some valuable lessons on this journey. And there are a lot of things I will no longer be taken for granted. Life is what we make of it through the good and the bad. Honestly, I only want to remember the good things about life. That's my story, and I am sticking to it.

What do you want to remember about 2020?

Until Next Time See Ya In A Bit!
